- CSC-related applications cannot be canceled once submitted.
- Domain registration and hosting services are non-cancelable once processed.
- Orders for digital services like web development or social media marketing can be canceled within 24 hours of payment, provided no work has started.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued only in the following cases:
- Double payments made due to a system error.
- If we fail to deliver a service due to internal reasons.
- If a CSC application is rejected due to our mistake, we may offer a partial refund or service credit.
3. Non-Refundable Services
- Government application fees paid through CSC services.
- Domain registration and web hosting once activated.
- Digital services where work has already started.
4. Refund Process
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
